Return and Refund is accepted if there is any quality issue within 7 calendar days after your purchase. We do suggest you check the condition right after your purchase. Please make sure the product is unused, the tag is on, and the package is not broken. An exchange of product depends on our stock availability. Send us email to confirm the delivery details before you return the product to us. We would do our best to improve the products according to your constructive suggestion.

Post cost is waived for the purchase once the order is over $200.

Please contact our admin if your desired product shows "out-of-stock". Pre-order is accepted and you could leave your request to put the order. Tailor-made is accepted once the total volume exceed a certain number. 

For Fam members attending our catch-up, you could order on-site and we post to you after. Same free shipment policy as above.
